SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
AMONTA offers complimentary UK delivery for ready-to-ship and bespoke items.
Bespoke orders are dispatched once completed.
International delivery times vary between 7–14 working days depending on destination.
Shipping costs for EU and international orders are calculated at checkout.
Once dispatched, AMONTA jewellery is not responsible for delays, damages, or issues caused by the shipping carrier.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Ready-made pieces:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Once notified, you will have an additional 14 days to return the item.
Refunds are issued once the item has been inspected and approved.
Exchanges or resizing are possible for unused items.
Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Made-to-order and custom pieces:
Returns are not accepted for custom or made-to-order jewellery unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.
Faults must be reported within 14 days of receiving the item.
AMONTA jewellery will arrange repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
International returns:
International customers may return items at their own expense.
Parcels must be clearly marked as “Returned Goods – No Commercial Value” to avoid customs charges.
Customs fees incorrectly applied due to mis-labelling cannot be reimbursed.
FAULTY ITEMS
If a fault occurs within 6 months under normal use, AMONTA jewellery will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
This does not cover accidental damage, misuse, impact, water exposure, chemical damage, or normal wear and tear.
Refunds for faulty items are issued once the item has been received and inspected.
