WARRANTY & CARE

1-YEAR WARRANTY
All AMONTA Jewellery pieces come with a 1-year warranty covering materials and craftsmanship. Repairs related to workmanship are free of charge within this period; customers are kindly asked to cover postage costs.

FREE RESTRINGING (WITH CONDITIONS)
Because AMONTA necklaces are handcrafted on natural silk thread, I offer free restringing within the first 6 months only if the silk shows signs of premature wear. This may include visible spacing between beads, loosening knots, or unusual thread movement that is not caused by misuse, water exposure, perfume, sweat, sleeping in the jewellery, or improper storage.

Natural silk is a precious, delicate fibre. With proper care, it can last a long time, and most customers will not need restringing. The complimentary service is provided only when the piece appears faulty or shows abnormal wear under normal daily use.

AFTER 6 MONTHS
After the initial 6 months, restringing is available for £50, including your choice of silk colour to refresh and renew the necklace.

MATERIAL QUALITY
Each AMONTA piece is designed in-house and created with carefully sourced materials. Natural gemstone beads come from trusted UK suppliers. All natural diamonds are hand-selected by Audra, a trained GIA Diamond Grader, ensuring individuality, authenticity, and exceptional quality.

Every component is chosen for durability and refinement. AMONTA uses solid gold, Argentium silver, 14k gold-filled elements, and sterling silver. All solid gold and Argentium silver clasps are handmade and carry full UK hallmarks, including Audra’s sponsor’s mark AA. These materials and finishes ensure a long-lasting, elevated, and beautifully crafted piece.

SILK CARE
To preserve the beauty of your silk necklace, avoid water, perfume, creams, oils, and hairspray. Remove the necklace before exercise and sleep. Store it flat or hanging to maintain its shape. Keep it away from rough fabrics and sharp edges. Handle gently and avoid pulling or stretching the silk.

SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING
All AMONTA jewellery is presented in sustainable, fully documented packaging. Each piece is placed in a natural craft paper box embossed with the AMONTA logo and a recyclable cotton pouch.
