These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed with AMONTA jewellery. By purchasing from AMONTA jewellery, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from placing an order.
ABOUT AMONTA JEWELLERY
AMONTA jewellery creates handmade pieces using carefully sourced materials, including natural gemstones, diamonds, solid gold, Argentium silver, gold-filled components, and natural silk thread. Each piece is crafted with care, intention, and attention to detail.
ORDERS
All pieces are handmade, and availability may vary.
Customers may purchase ready-made pieces or request a custom or made-to-order design.
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete information required to process your purchase.
CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to begin the bespoke design process. This deposit secures your consultation, design development, and production slot.
The £100 deposit will be deducted from the final price of your completed bespoke piece.
Work on bespoke items will not commence until the deposit has been received. Due to the personalised nature of bespoke jewellery, the deposit is non-refundable once the design process has begun.

AMONTA jewellery will make every reasonable effort to create the jewellery according to your specifications while maintaining craftsmanship standards and design integrity.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes.
Prices may change over time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
Payment must be made in full before production or dispatch begins.
PRODUCTION TIME
Made-to-order and custom pieces require 4–10 weeks for creation depending on materials and design complexity.
An estimated completion time will be provided at order confirmation.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
AMONTA jewellery offers complimentary UK delivery for ready-to-ship items.
Bespoke orders are dispatched once completed.
International delivery times vary between 7–14 working days depending on destination.
Shipping costs for EU and international orders are calculated at checkout.
Once dispatched, AMONTA jewellery is not responsible for delays, damages, or issues caused by the shipping carrier.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Ready-made pieces:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Once notified, you will have an additional 14 days to return the item.
Refunds are issued once the item has been inspected and approved.
Exchanges or resizing are possible for unused items.
Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Made-to-order and custom pieces:
Returns are not accepted for custom or made-to-order jewellery unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.
Faults must be reported within 14 days of receiving the item.
AMONTA jewellery will arrange repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
International returns:
International customers may return items at their own expense.
Parcels must be clearly marked as “Returned Goods – No Commercial Value” to avoid customs charges.
Customs fees incorrectly applied due to mis-labelling cannot be reimbursed.
FAULTY ITEMS
If a fault occurs within 6 months under normal use, AMONTA jewellery will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
This does not cover accidental damage, misuse, impact, water exposure, chemical damage, or normal wear and tear.
Refunds for faulty items are issued once the item has been received and inspected.
WARRANTY
All AMONTA jewellery pieces include a 1-year warranty covering materials and craftsmanship.
Repairs related to workmanship are free; customers cover postage costs.
Damage caused by misuse or lack of care is not covered.
SILK THREAD WARRANTY
Necklaces made on natural silk thread include free restringing within the first 6 months only if the silk shows signs of premature wear under normal use, such as unusual bead spacing or loose knots.
Damage caused by water, perfume, sweat, sleeping in the jewellery, exercise, or improper storage is not covered.
After 6 months, restringing is available for £50 with your choice of silk colour.
MATERIAL QUALITY
AMONTA jewellery uses natural gemstone beads from trusted UK suppliers.
All natural diamonds are hand-selected by Audra, a GIA-trained Diamond Grader.
Components include solid gold, Argentium silver, sterling silver, and 14k gold-filled elements.
All solid gold and Argentium silver clasps are handmade and fully hallmarked, including the sponsor’s AA mark.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, logos, text, images, branding, and packaging concepts are the property of AMONTA jewellery.
They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
PRIVACY
AMONTA jewellery respects your privacy and handles your personal information securely.
Information is used only for fulfilling orders, communication, and customer service.
By placing an order, you consent to the use of your information in accordance with our privacy practices.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
AMONTA jewellery will always do its best to support you. However, our responsibility is limited to repairing, replacing, or refunding the jewellery itself.
We cannot compensate for additional or indirect costs such as loss of income, personal damages, delays, or other related expenses.
