Bespoke pendants in silver or gold are fully hallmarked in accordance with UK regulations. Please allow up to four weeks for creation.
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to begin the bespoke design process. This deposit secures your consultation, design development, and production slot. The £100 deposit will be deducted from the final price of your completed bespoke piece.
Work on bespoke items will not commence until the deposit has been received. Due to the personalised nature of bespoke jewellery, the deposit is non-refundable once the design process has begun.
